I love working with Lorraine. In her presence, you feel deeply loved and welcomed. There is nothing more important than you and your space, than the connection and exchange happening in the time with her. She really listens and goes beyond the words to the essence of what is being said reflecting back to you a whole world you haven’t even seen or considered! And she has a way with words which is not easy to describe. It is like listening to a story, a story that becomes part of you, or maybe it has always been, the same way as her metaphors from nature do. They speak of Truths and they come back to you when you most need them.
I had the pleasure of working with Lorraine around some life choices I was making. What was so lovely about working together was that although it was my life choices we were working on, it felt very much like a team effort with both of us working towards the same end result. Throughout the process, she was able to hold beautifully a safe space for me to engage fully, as well as knowing when to encourage me to expand my vision even further. Lorraine was amazingly intuitive around what my heart’s desires truly are. This gave me added confidence that my choices were indeed authentic choices which came from my heart. In her communications Lorraine is very clear and I loved feeling her deep sense of acceptance of who I am and what I was bringing to our work together. Her enthusiasm, commitment and focus, as well as her deep sense of empathy, are qualities I both experience and appreciate. Perhaps, above all, what I love most about working with Lorraine is that while she treats life seriously, she herself, is light-hearted and has a great sense of fun.
I met Lorraine when I was looking for support with moving my business in a new direction. Lorraine has an amazing ability to gently hold you by your hand and guide you through to discover inner qualities you were not aware of. She has a way of speaking directly to your soul. In her presence, any internal turmoil you may have ceases to exist. She puts you on a pathway of certainty of who you are and what you are capable of. She does it with a big heart, gentleness and compassion. She has helped me see the new direction in my life with great clarity and certainty. Truly magical!
I have known Lorraine for many years as a coach, life guide, mentor and beloved friend. It is Lorraine I go to to unpick knotty problems or to shine a light on things still obscured to me. If there is anyone who can guide you through your own sacred garden, it is Lorraine with her kindness, wit, warmth, and deep insights into human pain, growth and joy.
I LOVE our time together so much. I feel so much clarity after talking with Lorraine. Not clarity around the steps to take … clarity around who I am as a person. I realise I have trying to erase that part of me that feels unworthy versus accepting that it’s a piece of me AND knowing that I don’t have to let it drive my life! So thank you for that.
I called Lorraine when I struggled with a decision and was unable to get clear which way to go. Lorraine helped me to become aware of the various beliefs, emotions and needs that were all at play. Most importantly she enabled me to see how one driver is playing out that I had not acknowledge and been aware of prior. As a result of that awareness, the way forward for me became clear. Most importantly, however, Lorraine explained to me the concept of caring for my inner child in a way no one before her has been able to make it intelligible to me. Lorraine always comes from a loving yet radically honest and direct way, and in working with her I feel enveloped in a healing, loving energy, lovingly held no matter how tough the issue at hand or the feedback conveyed is.
My commitment level wasn’t very high for this programme. I watched the modules but didn’t do any of the homework or participate in anything I was asked to do, and yet I’ve had many insights since. Many things have popped into my head and become clear. It’s almost like it doesn’t matter what you do or how you do it, if you find yourself in that clear headed space, which Lorraine helped me create, things just start to move, or maybe I just noticed them more.

Lorraine is an Earth Mother coach. While all our parents tried their best, many of us didn’t really get a really good nurturing model from either parent so it feels like really what the world needs right now is the nurturing gap to be filled. I love how you’re integrating the lessons and the wisdom of nature, and embodying it. You’re not coming from the top down, you’re walking your talk.
I found this new, gentle transitional way of working helped me get out of flight and fight mode into thrive. The body can’t create anything good if it’s just trying to be safe! This is what’s particularly unique about what you’re doing.

I couldn’t have spent the time better, it was really good. I am in a much, much better space than I was before with myself, with the world. I’m not so negative about myself and much more compassionate, really, which is a relief because I was so fed up with this voice inside me, putting everything down and so on. That seems to have just evaporated thanks to the work I did with you on this course. A friend also noticed that I have found my voice! It’s really incredible.
There’s something else going on, it’s amazing, something really nice is happening and I’m going to be all right.
